How the decision math works
The official loop is a chain, and each link depends on the one before it.
The assistant is a triage tool, and the triage order is not ours — it is the order of the official description. Rest Stop Tycoon names four systems in sequence: attract customers, sell more items to raise average customer spend, expand, and rebirth to make customers shop faster. Because each system feeds the next, a problem announced as “slow income” can live in any of them, and buying in the wrong system wastes a session. The tool asks four observable questions (are customers arriving, are they buying, is an expansion visible, is rebirth visible) and resolves them in the official order.
Two rules make the order strict. First, traffic dominates: customers who never arrive cannot buy anything, so any answer of “customers are not arriving” overrides every other goal. Second, rebirth comes last on purpose: officially it makes customers shop faster, which multiplies a loop that already works — it cannot create traffic or stock. That is why a visible rebirth button still routes through your traffic and sales answers first.
